Forza Motorsport PC
As with most Xbox console exclusives, Forza Motorsport is coming to PC.
The Forza Motorsport PC release will be available on day one alongside Xbox Series X|S. Game Pass subscribers will also get access to Forza Motorsport on Xbox and PC at no extra charge.
Turn 10 has optimised Forza Motorsport for a plethora of PCs, with real-time ray tracing bringing new levels of fidelity. Furthermore, Forza Motorsport will take advantage of the NVIDIA DLSS 2 and AMD FSR 2.2 upscalers, rendering the game at a lower resolution while retaining image quality to ensure smooth performance.
On PC, Forza Motorsport supports native resolutions up to 4K and beyond, with support for ultrawide and non-standard resolutions.
Furthermore, Forza Motorsport introduces shader pre-compilation and pre-caching to prevent shader compilation stutter during gameplay. Forza Motorsport also supports DirectStorage for CPU improvements and faster track loading.
In single-player, Forza Motorsport will support unlocked framerates with or without V-Sync enabled. However, framerates are locked in multiplayer to "ensure a consistent and competitive online racing experience for all players across a variety of PC hardware configurations and the Xbox Series X|S consoles."
