Just a few days after Gran Turismo 7’s bumper July update was unveiled last weekend, Turn 10 has confirmed that Forza Motorsport's next big update will arrive this week. We’ll have to wait until tomorrow for the full reveal, but Turn 10 has revealed the first details about Forza Motorsport Update 10 in the meantime.

Forza Motorsport Update 10 will be split in two parts

Unlike previous updates, Forza Motorsport Update 10 will be split into two parts. The first will be available to download tomorrow, adding “new car and event content” alongside “minor improvements” to Hockenheim and Catalunya, additional aero wings, and replay UI changes. After that, a second update will add the “remaining features and fixes” for Update 10 at a later date that’s still to be confirmed.

While Forza Motorsport’s monthly updates usually contain a new track, no tracks have been confirmed for Update 10 yet. By contrast, Gran Turismo 7 Update 1.49 is bringing back the Eiger Nordwand circuit last seen in Gran Turismo 6 over ten years ago and adding a whopping six new cars.

While Gran Turismo 7’s update won’t arrive until later this month on July 25, Forza Motorsport Update 10 is set to arrive tomorrow, July 10. More details will be announced in an overview video and accompanying patch notes.
