Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown Car List: Every Confirmed Car

Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown is one of 2024’s most anticipated racing games. KT Racing hasn't revealed the full Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown car list yet, but trailers and screenshots have confirmed several cars we'll be driving around Hong Kong Island.

From classic muscle cars to swanky supercars, we’ve compiled a list of every car confirmed so far in Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown.

Several new cars were shown in Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown's new release date trailer. These include the Bugatti Chiron, Lamborghini Centenario, Shelby Mustang GT500, Dodge Challenger SRT, Nissan 370Z, Koenigsegg Regera,, Lancia Stratos, Aston Martin Vantage, and BMW M4 Competition.

Dealerships

Buying a car feels like an occasion in Test Drive Unlimited games. You can visit dealerships, interact with the interior, and browse options before buying your dream car.

TDUSC will also deliver the dealership experience and sense of car ownership that sets the series apart.

There are 14 dealerships in Hong Kong Island, with each one specialising in different car types from classic to luxury with multiple brands. Two high-end dealerships will also be dedicated to Ferrari and Lamborghini.

Much like the first two TDU games, you can browse manufacturer-correct paint and interior options, open the doors, inspect the cabin, and take a test drive to get a feel for the handling. You can even beep the horn and start the engine.

Dealerships also act as a social hub where you can interact with other players and meet like-minded car enthusiasts.

Workshops

Workshops also allow you to customise your car further with a plethora of upgrades to make your car stand out. These upgrades are split across six categories, with 13 customisable performance parts for combustion cars and 12 for electric cars.

A Livery Editor also lets you create metallic, matte, pearlescent and chrome paint jobs that can be shown off to other players.

How many cars will Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown have?

KT Racing has confirmed that Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown will feature over 100 cars. An exact number hasn't been confirmed yet, but don't expect hundreds of cars like Forza Horizon 5.

In our interview with KT Racing, Creative Director Alain Jarniou confirmed that TDUSC will have fewer cars than Forza Horizon 5. However, each car will feel distinct and special, helping you bond with your car.

TDUSC will also make you work for them – you won’t be handed the keys to the fastest cars in the game from the beginning.

“The relationship you have with your garage is stronger in TDU than in any other game,” he said.

“You must earn money to buy the cars of your dreams. You spend time with your car, upgrading it, playing with it, and showing it off with other players.”

Release date

Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown will be released on September 12, 2024, on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Those who preorder the Silver Sharps or Silver Streets editions will get two days of early access from September 10. Gold Edition players will get a week-long head start from September 5.
