Future of Car Pass

It isn't clear when, if ever, these Car Pass cars will be available to players who have only purchased the standard version of Forza Motorsport.

It is possible they'll be made available after the first 30 weeks of the game, which would put us somewhere around April 2024.

It's also not confirmed whether the Car Pass will extend beyond this point. However, given how long Forza Motorsport will be the newest Forza main series game, it could continue for at least another 30 weeks after this point.

After all, Forza Horizon 5 still receives large content updates, despite being a few years old now.
