GT7 Weekly Challenges March 2024 Week 3

It’s Friday, which means it’s time for a new set of Gran Turismo 7 weekly challenges to conquer. No, it isn't Thursday - GT7's Weekly Challenges now start on Fridays.

As always, the five new events feature a variety of car types and circuits with high credit prizes on offer. Although most are recycled World Circuits events, this week also brings a new Special Event with a showdown starring an iconic Audi sports car.

Here’s everything you need to know about week three of Gran Turismo 7’s March Weekly Challenges.

Sunday Cup Classic

Tsukuba Circuit – 3 laps

This week’s challenges begin with a special classic car-themed Sunday Cup at Tsukuba in a short three-lap race. You’ll race against vintage cars like the Fiat 500 and Volkswagen Sambabus. A 350-pp rating is suggested but not required, and you can enter any road car you like for an easy 25,000-credit prize.

Japanese 4WD Challenge 600

Mount Panorama – 2 laps

The next race takes us to the twisty Mount Panorama circuit for a two-lap race with iconic Japanese 4WD turbo cars. As the name suggests, you can enter any 4WD Japanese road car or a “professionally tuned” car like the Nismo 400.

There’s no PP limit, but it’s not worth spending too much on tuning with a paltry 20,000 credits up for grabs for victory. That makes this event less lucrative than the Sunday Cup, which usually has the lowest cash prizes.

Special Event – Tourist Trophy

Nurburgring Sprint – 3 laps

This week’s challenges bring a new Special Event starring the Audi TT, with a three-lap trek at the Nurburgring Sprint circuit. Any Audi TT from all three generations can be entered and there are no PP restrictions. Finishing first place will win you 50,000 credits in this relatively easy race.

American Clubman Cup 700

Trial Mountain Circuit – 5 laps

The penultimate event celebrates American automotive with a five-lap race around the classic Trial Mountain circuit. As the name implies, you’ll need an American road car for this event. However, there is no performance limit once again, despite the 700-PP suggestion, with 90,000 credits on offer for the win.

World Touring Car 800

High Speed Ring – 20 laps

Unlike the other events, the final race at High Speed Ring has a steep 800 PP limit. With a whopping 20 laps, this is a lengthy race. You'll need to plan a pit stop too as there is a 6x fuel consumption and 4x tyre wear limit.

Racing tyres are also required for this event. This is by far the most lucrative race, with 160,000 credits on offer for taking the crown.

As for this week’s bonus rewards, you’ll get a 100,000 credit ticket for completing one event, a 200,000 credit ticket for three events, and five-star roulette ticket for conquering all five. Don’t forget you only need to finish in third place or higher in each event to earn these rewards.

Alongside the Weekly Challenges is a new set of GT7 Daily Races to tackle.
