During the latest Forza Monthly, Playground Games lifted the lid on Forza Horizon 5 Series 11: Rami’s Racing History. However, Playground Games is ditching numbered series going forward.

Starting on 14 August, Rami’s Racing History will feature a new eight-chapter Horizon Story where you’ll learn about the history of Mexican car culture and racing.

The weekly Festival Playlists will also celebrate four eras of cars from the 1970s to the 2010s, with new cars joining the roster including the historic 1955 Mercedes-Benz 300 SLR and the console game debut of the brand new 2021 BMW M4 Competition Coupe.

F1 22 patch finally fixes AI straight line issues

Over the last few weeks, F1 22 has been plagued by AI balancing issues. With AI opponents gaining unrealistic speed boosts on straights, single-player races were practically unplayable in F1 22. Mercifully, the latest patch, update 1.08, finally fixes this issue, rebalancing the AI performance in career mode.

With the recent handling changes, we’ve also updated our F1 22 setups.

rFactor 2 received a huge update this week with the launch of the much-anticipated Q3 2022 drop update. The latest update for the PC sim racer added the World Wide Technology Circuit along with four new cars: the Caterham Academy, Austin Mini Cooper S MkI Group 2, Hyundai i30 BTCC, and Ford Focus BTCC.

As well as new content, the update also introduced dynamic track temperatures as well as new ABS and traction control physics among other improvements.

F1 Manager 2022 is fast approaching. With less than two weeks until release for those who pre-ordered the game, Frontier Developments showcased what an F1 season might like in 2030 in F1 Manager 2022 during a livestream. With no limits on the number of seasons, this highlights how driver lineups and regulations can change over time.
